Lottery funded Georgia Pre-K is offered at the Roswell and Gwinnett Centers for children who turn four before September 1. All Centers offer private preschool for three and four year olds. Check centers for availability.
Preschool children are ready and excited to learn about the world around them, It’s time to experiment socially and to start developing the skills needed to prepare for kindergarten.
Children are encouraged to learn to share, to respect others, to solve problems on their own and to practice self-help skills.

The curriculum allows for child-directed, hands-on activities. Preschoolers experience opportunities to develop confidence and self esteem as they practice making their own decisions. Teacher-directed activities keep children on track with appropriate developmental skills and practices.
