Do not bring your
child to the center with any of the following
symptoms:
fever; diarrhea; vomiting; cough; constantly runny
eyes/nose; heavy congestion; any contagious
condition (including ring worm, impetigo, lice,
scabies, conjunctivitis, strep throat or undiagnosed
rash).

IF A CHILD BECOMES
SICK DURING HIS/HER STAY, he/she will be separated
from the other children and you will be notified to
pick up your child.

If you are not
reachable, we will call the emergency contact
numbers you listed on the center forms

Parents: |
-
Make presence known upon arrival at the center.
-
Complete all blanks on
center enrollment form
-
Inform center of any mid - year changes in writing.
-
Escort child/children
to front desk to check in.
-
Designate pick-up
person and parent contact # daily. (release only to
listed persons on card or enrollment form).

Designate meal plan
desired ( brought or buy)
-
Provide a change of
clothes/label all belongings.
-
Provide updated
immunization records ASAP.
-
Be courteous and
respectful to center staff, other customers and
children, as well as their own child/ren.
-
Adhere to all center
policies posted at the center.
-
Parents are allowed to
drop - off and/or pick- up their child/dren as long
as center policies and procedures are followed.
-
Parents neglecting
policies/procedures will need to make other
arrangements for checking their child/ren in and out
of the center.

Children: |
-
Must respect personal
space of others. (hands to self)

Follow directions
(cooperate); disregard will result in short removal
from group.

Be able to play
independently throughout the day.
-
Children are accepted
into the center who will benefit from a group
setting. After a trial period it may be determined
that the child will not profit from this service and
other arrangements must be made.

Any child with a
physical or mental handicap will be admitted into
the center on an individual basis
- Must
wear socks. (provided
w/small charge)
- Must be served meals just
like all the other points under children.

must love to work with
children.

Present exemplary
criminal records check.

Become certified in
Infant/Child CPR/1st Aid.

Fulfill Licensing
Certification hours.(yearly)

Be courteous and
respectful to all.

Refrain from the use
of alcohol or drugs directly prior to or during a
work shift.
